Terms and conditions

These conditions govern distance selling on the DomShop shop (DOM vintage wholesale).

Subject of the contract
These conditions govern the distance sale of second-hand (used) products, including any «rework» or «custom» items, under Legislative Decree 206/2005. The products sold are used goods that may show signs of use and minor irregularities described in the product pages.
Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed and the payment is received. The Seller reserves the right not to accept orders due to unavailability or other legitimate reasons.
Prices and payments
Prices are in Euro and include VAT. Payments are accepted via:
- debit, credit and prepaid cards (Stripe);
- Klarna;
- bank transfer.
The Seller does not store any data about payment instruments.
Shipping and delivery
Goods are shipped by a selected carrier. Delivery times are indicative. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer on delivery.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of delivery. The withdrawal can be exercised online from the order page in the My account area, with the model withdrawal form or with a written statement to info@domshop.it.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
Under article 59 of the Consumer Code the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised: «rework» or «custom» items made or altered at the customer's specific request, and boxes composed by the customer with the «Create your box» configurator, once the selection has been assembled on their instructions. The list is the same as on the Withdrawal page.
Condition of second-hand products
The products are used goods and may show signs of use and minor irregularities, as described in the product pages. The customer declares to be aware of the second-hand nature of the goods purchased.
Legal guarantee
The legal guarantee of conformity under the Consumer Code applies.
Duration for used goods. Since the goods are used, as permitted by the Consumer Code the parties agree that the Seller is liable for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within twelve months of delivery. By accepting these conditions the consumer expressly accepts this duration.
Defects are reported from the order page, in the Goods damaged, incomplete or different? box, or by writing to info@domshop.it. We ask the customer to help us with a photo or a video of the problem: it helps us solve it faster.
Limitation of liability
The Seller is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or improper use. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Retention of title
Ownership of the products passes only upon full payment of the price.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction.
